A dispensary on Detroit's east side is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Budtender to join our team! In this exciting role, you will be the face of our dispensary, providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to our valued patients. You will play a crucial role in educating customers about cannabis products and helping them find the perfect solution for their needs.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients, creating a positive and informative atmosphere.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of cannabis products, including strains, effects, and consumption methods.
Provide personalized recommendations based on individual needs and preferences.
Answer customer questions accurately and confidently.
Maintain accurate inventory and ensure compliance with all state regulations.
Process transactions efficiently and securely.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
