We partner with rideshare drivers leveraging the simplicity of the GryndStyne platform, displaying gigs and job opportunities directly in front of each rider! In turn, we can place "Gryndstyne Virtual Recruiters" in target areas, or broad search markets. This allows us to recruit local talent on a much more personal level than those big guys who use a lot of algorithms and fluffy emails. We're also able to attract a wider array of talent more efficiently and quickly than the old fashioned temp services who just post flyers and on job boards.
Work On-Demand
GryndStyne is becoming the premier platform to instantly connect people with work in metro Detroit. Our users "Start The Grynd", and quickly connect with same day gigs, allowing the opportunity to earn money while on the job hunt. This also gives clients and project managers the the option to onboard instant help, by accessing our pool of candidates who have indicated availability for same day gigs and projects. These Work On-Demand opportunities are often short term projects, ranging a few hours to a few days, and are often paid same day.

We view the Grynd in three parts when in comes to the job hunt. The search, the Grynd, and continuing the Grynd. we aim to help drive our users through all three! Here at Gryndstyne, we are forming partnerships with local businesses and entrepreneurs every day. They're eager to hire, and our GryndStyne Virtual Recruiters are riding all over town connecting employers and job hunters to one on other through our platform, accessing jobs and workers in the immediate area. GryndStyne goes a step further by offering referrals to various skills and training programs that enhance careers.
